Medical Assistance at Gran Canaria Airport

Hi
I have customers due to travel to Gran Canaria with My Travel/Airtours holidays for 1 week, on their return to the Uk. I have a passenger with a medical condition that requires him to be fed by intravenous drip through the night and I was wondering if there was a room in the airport these customers could use while waiting for their flight to depart. My customers were originally booked on a flight to depart at midday but there was a 12hour schedule change which has resulted in this situation.

I would appreciate any help or advice you can offer.

My Reply...

Im sorry for the delay in our question but we receive many every day and do try and answer everyone.

I have found this on the main Aena Website for Gran Canaria. Could be worth giving them a call.
The airport has a twenty-four-hour Medical Service found on the ground floor of zone A, in the flight arrivals hall (Telephone: 928 579 123.)

Its such a specialist subject, I just couldnt help you any further.

Kind regards

Joanne
