Help with Large Groups at Madrid Airport

Dear Gary Ingram,

I realize you have a huge number of replies to deal with and will of course try to wait patiently for your answer to my previous enquiries.

My group of 28 persons is due to arrive at Madrid Airport and change for Sevilla as per the Iberia schedule copied below. We need a person whom we shall be pleased to pay to meet and accompany us to the correct terminal for the flight to Sevilla.Almost none of the group speaks English nor can anyone read the signs. Some do not keep up well with the others and could get "lost" or miss the connection. Please advise us if it is possible to obtain the services of an accompanying person/guide to get us all there in time for the fllight to Seville.

Yours earliest answser will be greatly appreciated.

All thanks.

Sylvia

My Reply...

Dear Sylvia

Im sorry for the delay in my answer.

Just so you know we are not the airport or anything to do with the airport. We just write about them and try and provide good information.

Really, I would say you should speak to the company Iberia who you are flying with first. Explain to them and see if they are able to help you first of all. They are the ones you have a contract with and they should provide some kind of service for you.

Secondly, you can speak to Aena on 902 404 704 and ask to be put through to Madrid Airport or explain to these people on the phone your problem.

I have searched the website for infomration but cannot find anything. However the website is www.aena.es

Im sorry for the delay and that I can be of any more help to you.

I wish you luck and hope all goes to plan

Regards
