Hand Luggage at Alicante Airport

Hi Gary - Can you please advise
I'm departing from Alicante Airport tomorrow, Wednesday, for the UK, and I would like to know if the "liquid" restrictions still apply to hand luggage, as I would like to take some Wine back to the UK, in my hand luggage ?

You can buy what you want in Duty free but if you buy from outside then it has to go in the hold luggage.

This is as far as we are still aware! 100 ml of liquids only in hand luggage.
But to be 100% sure check your airline with who you fly with.
