Car Hire at Lanzarote and take to Fuerteventura

Dear Gary,

Do you know if it is possible to hire a car at Arecife, Lanzarote and use it in Fuerteventura. We have flights to Lanzarote but our villa is in Fuerteventura. We could not get direct flights to Fuerteventura on the days we need to travel.

Any help would be much appreciated.
