Travelling from Madrid to Barcelona to Ibiza

A friend and I are planning a trip into Madrid , Barcelona and Ibiza. then end up Rome.



Do you have the best recommendation as far as airports to land into so we may explore those 2 cities?

And I have been looking into Easyjet for our trip from Spain to Rome. You think that is our best option? I read about a ferry to Ibiza are those good transportation or is flying better?


We have not booked anything and are going in June so I am looking for good expert opinions ;)

All options that you are talking about are easy and good.

Flying between Madrid and Barcelona is quick and easy, you can also get the train which is very good. (http://horarios.renfe.es/hir/ingles.html).

I dont know much about the ferry:-(

The cheapest flights to Rome would be from Barcelona / Girona with Ryanair (Ryanair.com) so it may be better to end up in Barcelona!
