Girona to Benicassim

Hi Gary,
First off i'd like to say how great and useful your website is, couldnt believe it when i came across it.i was just wondering if you can help me, Im flying to Girona airport on july 16th and want to get to benicassim for the music festival from there. Whats the best way to get to Benicassim from Girona? would i need to go via Barcelona or could i get a train directly there? if so would i need to book it in advance?

Its a long way Girona to benicassim. Best to get to Reus and then
Reus to Benicasim
Or
Getting from Girona to Barcelona
Train from Barcelona to Benicassim
