Hotels Near Murcia Airport

We are flying from Exeter to Murcia on 7th October. We arrive at 8pm and would like to stay overnight as we are travelling down to Almeria which I believe is a 4 hour drive. Can you recommend a hotel, are there any at the airport? Then can we arrange carhire from the hotel and return to the airport on 14th October?

Hi Tessa

Murcia Airport is NOT a huge airport with great facilities, in fact it's more of a military airport than a pàssenger airport and therefore there are not any hotels in or around the airport.

The best thing to do is hire a car at the airport and take a hotel in the "local area".
