This is a long jouney by taxi, it's around 160kms!!!!

A normal airport atxi would cost about €150 -€200 each way.

You could also try the train.

You would need to get a taxi (€20) to tarragona train station, get a train to Barcelona and then a local train to Pineda De Mar, from there it's a short taxi ride.
