Passenger Assistance at Madrid Airport

My friend is flying in on delta and arriving at terminal 1 at Madrid airport

She needs to get to terminal 4

She is disable and needs help getting from terminal 1 to terminal 4

Will there be assistance for her there?

I think the best thing to do is to call the Spanish Airport Authority helpline on 0034 902 404 704 who should be able to help you organise this assitance.

I hope all goes well and it would be great if you could let us know how you get on so we can publish your experinecs on the website to help other disabled travellers
