Left Luggage at Santander Airport

Dear Gary

We will be flying out of Santander on 23^rd September this year and ideally want to drop off our hired car at the airport in the morning, then take a bus to town to look at the sites before returning for our flight around 5 pm check in. Does Santander airport have a left luggage facility to store 2-3 cases/bags. What would the charges be for around 7-8 hours storage. Do we need to book luggage in ahead or will we be safe just to turn up?

Hi Michelle

Unfortunatley only Barcelona and Madrid airports have any left luggage facilities, so no good for Santander.

You could try and ask the hire company (if you trust them) or put the car in the car park with the luggage hidden in the boot (much safer than the UK) and drop the car back at 5pm.

Hope you have a good trip, thats one part of Spain I havent been to!
