Barcelona Airport Lost Property

Not sure if you can offer any help or advice:
I landed with my family (from Mahon/Manorca) into Barcelona airport, with
Iberia, last Friday 28th July with - strike day.
We then had another flight from Barcelona to London Luton.
To cut a long story short, we ended up hiring a car and driving to Alicante
in order to catch a flight on Saturday 29th.
However our luggage was still on the Iberia plane !
Now trying to get our luggage back but Iberia (the only number I can get is
for their head office in Madrid) are most unhelpful
Is there a lost luggage dept in Barcelona that you have a number for or can
you offer any other advice ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The Minister of Fomento has started, through Aena, the free number telephone 24 h. 900 100 405, the e-mail serviciosaeroportuarios@aena.es and informations points at all the airports to attend to the claims of affected by the incidents of the El Prat airport.
