Palma Airport to Santa Ponsa

was just wondering if you could help me. me and two friends are travelling to palma from liverpool next week.we are staying in santa ponsa and haven't got a clue on the best way (bus/taxi??) to get from the airport to our accomodation. and also what type of price should we be expecting to pay?

Hi Terrilea

I always prefer taxis or private transfers but it depends on what sort of traveller you are.....

I just checked with Shuttle Direct (who we recommend for private transfers on Palma) and they are quoting €37 for a transfer to Santa Ponsa, divided by 3 thats a good bet. Taxis will be about the same. The journey is about 35 mins.

Buses...

Will take a couple of hours. However it will cost only around 4,50 euros (per person). There is a special bus from the airport into the centre of Palma and then you need the Number 10 bus from Palma to Paguera (which stops at Santa Ponsa).

My advice is to get a private transfer!
