Lost Luggage Malaga Airport

Hi Gary

My girlfriend had her luggage lost on the XL filght from London to Malaga. On arrival she was told to call eurohandling on 0034(9) 952 048 711. Which she has done to no effect as they simply never ever pick up. They called a couple of days later to say they had it but she found it impossible to rearrange delivery before she left: and now…no answer. Are there any numbers we can call that actually work?

Hi Joe,

Bloody annoying!

I assume from your email that your girlfriend has already flown out of Malaga Airport?

If she hasn't the lost luggage department is on the ground floor in the arrivals hall, just by the golf bar, this is where they always leave ALL luggage.

This is the 3rd email today for lost luggage at Malaga, they seem to be having a problem.

I have a different number for Eurohandling: 0034 952 408 257.

If this doesn't work then try ringing the Spanish Airport Authority Helpline: 0034 902 404 704, they speak English and may be able to help.

Failing that hassle Excel Airlines, it's their luggage handling company!
