Hi Gill
Getting to Chiclana is easy, bus direct Jerez Airport to Cadiz (all day) and then a bus from Cadiz to Chiclana, the buses from Cadiz to Chiclana run every hour or so.
Not sure how to get from Chiclana to Santi Petri though! (9kms), there should be a bus but cant find any info, worst case is that you could get a taxi from Chiclana to the hotel.
It is also worth calling the hotel, they may offer some kind of Shuttle Bus..
Depending on how tight a budget you are on and how long you are staying but car hire from Jerez airport can be cheap, from €20 per day! checkout our car hire section.... Jerez Airport Car Hire

In response to your post by Gill Thompson in forums re travel from Jerez airport to La Barossa Park Hotel Novi Sancti Petri I made enquiries in Jerez airport re the airport bus and was told it is not possible to catch the bus at the airport she will have to get taxi into Jerez to get the bus to Chiclana then in Chiclana she will need to get the no 8 bus to La Barossa this bus will drop her off outside the hotel.
I think it runs hourly but misses one during siesta time.
