Getting from Valencia to Algerciras

We are flying into Valencia and need to get to Algericas to get to Morrocco.

What is the cheapest simplest way to get there from Valencia airport?

Bus, Train? Were travelling with a 2 year old and all advice is welcome and appreciated!!!

Hi Innica

Wow, Valencia is not the best airport to fly into for Algerciras!

You have four choices and my preference would be to drive myself but it is about 780 kms (550 miles)

Car Hire - You could hire a car at Valencia and drop it off at Algerciras, you would incur a one way charge of €25 on top of the normal fee. Get a quote here

Fly - You could get an Iberia flight from Valencia to Malaga or Seville and then take a bus to Algerciras, direct from Seville City Center - and involves a change from Malaga Airport.

Bus: You can get a bus direct from Valencia City center bus station to Algerciras Port, it's about a 12 hour journey though! All timetables, booking and fares in English are here: Buses from Valencia to Algerciras
