Flights from Roma & Naples to Palma

You can fly direct from Roma (Fiumicino) with AIR ONE

For other airlines Air Italia / Iberia it would be best to fly into Barcelona (or Madrid) and change.

These 3 airlines fly between Naples and Barcelona

ALPI EAGLES SPA

And these four direct from Roma (Fiumicino) to Barcelona

Hope this helps, you may of course find some charter flights btu I am not too sure where or how to get that info!
