Car Hire Companies - Valencia Airport

I wonder if you can tell me which car rental companies are presently outside the main terminal at Valencia Airport? I was there two weeks ago and used Auriga. Unfortunately, they were off site and the transfer and waiting added approx one more hour to the process of collecting a hire car.
In fact the whole thing with Auriga was quite painful, and there were lots of grumbling customers, including me. Not only did it take yonks to get a car but it wasn't the one I had ordered and had to take the only car available. If it had been a Porche I wouldn't have complained but believe me it wasn't!! I was also told that if I continued to complain I wouldn't get a car at all! I sent an email complaining on my return (as I usually use them every month) but did not even receive a reply. Excellent customer service, I think not! So, folks steer clear of Auriga at the moment, until the work is completed. They are usually very efficient.
Sorry to digress! Would you pls confirm who outside the terminal as I need to book a car for some forthcoming trips.

One of my biggest issues with living in Spain is the customer service! It's a fine balance though between getting it right and going over the top as is the case all to often in the Uk now. IE: Everyone worried they are going to be sued.

I am taking a trip up to Valencia Airport / Alicante Airport & Murcia Airport in the next few months to find out the kind of info you require. At the moment you probably know more than me!

I will put this up on the message board so keep an eye on it, we often get other people answering. If in the meantime you find and use another good company perhaps you can let us know so that we can let others know!

For example I know 100% that helle Hollis are the best Car Hire company at malaga airport and will always tell people that.
