Low Cost Airlines At Malaga Airport
Just spotted this interesting snippet at the Typically Spanish website:
"Easyjet, Monarch and Air Berlin now bring half the arrivals to Málaga airport. Thanks to the no-frills airlines some 800,000 extra seats to Málaga are on offer this summer.
It means an expected 7.5% growth in passenger numbers this year to take the total over the 3 million passengers on no-frills airlines alone. Now only 20% of arrivals in Málaga are on charter flights.
Meanwhile Easy Jet has apparently chosen Barajas airport in Madrid ahead of Málaga for the new southern European base."
