Our site is just an information site but I would imagine somewhere like Coventry or Birmingham would be a good meeting point.

Thomsonfly fly from Coventry

Flybe, Monarch and BMIbaby fly from Birmingham.

Norwich could be an outside bet: Flybe fly to Malaga from there

Stansted and Luton are the two airports that are north of London and easiest to get to from Sheffield and Grimsby, Monarch and Easyjet fly from here.
