Get a refund on a non refundable flight ticket

I saw this interesting feature on working lunch yesterday lunchtime.

It basically talked about how to get a refund for the various taxes and charges that are part of the cost of your ticket if you do not travel. After all if you don't fly why should you pay airport charges!

I can't believe that I have never pondered this point before. Apparantly up to 10% of all seats sold on flights are never used, thats a massive amount of money that could be and never is refunded.

If you are someone who misses flights quite often then the article is well worth a read Click here
