Ryanair flights from Glasgow to Reus Airport

NO-FRILLS airline bosses yesterday announced two new European routes from Scotland.

Ryanair will begin flights from Prestwick to Barcelona Reus and Marseilles from late February.

Fares for the three-times-a week services will cost from £6.99 one way.

Prestwick chief executive Steve Fitzgerald said: "I am delighted to see further growth into Spain and France from our airport.

"I am confident these new destinations will be hugely popular with Scottish travellers."

The new Spanish and French routes will bring the number of European routes run by Ryanair from Prestwick to 20The carrier's latest Spanish route will fly to Reus Salou, which is 60 kilometres from Barcelona, from February 23.
